David Mazouz

David Mazouz is an American actor. He first came to prominence for his lead role as mute Jacob Jake Bohm in the TV series Touch and is best known as young Bruce Wayne in Foxs TV series Gotham, based on the DC Comics superhero created by Bill Finger and Bob Kane.

Mazouz was born in Los Angeles, California, to Rachel, a psychotherapist, and Michael Mazouz, a physician. He has a sister, Rebecca. Mazouz and his family are Sabbathobserving, Kosherkeeping, observant Jews, of Sephardi descent. His father is of French Jewish background. His mother was born in the U.S. to Greek Jewish parents. Mazouz loves movies, writing lyrics, learning guitar, singing, dancing, and acting. He is fascinated with geography and maps.
